With the debut single 'Aurora', Shaam Larein shows us an abysmal darkness and we get a taste of the upcoming debut album 'Sculpture' which will be released early next year on Icon's Creating Evil Art (late January 2020).

Shaam Larein's music is providing heavier music with a different color palette where you can sence her roots from the Middle East. The music is written with three strong women voices as the starting point (Shaam's and two choir voices) and the choir is allowed to take as much space as the lead song. It is dark and barren but with beauty that shines through the desperation.

Shaam Larein's upcoming album is full of emotional contrasts; stripped, heavy rock and dragging guitar melodies interwoven with theatrical song delivery. Her dramatic, confident experience on stage comes from the young years at the theater and her sense of drama has become her signature.
